
Lack of communcation and job ownership at WFS. Most people ignore issues or they pass them off to someone else.
People need to communicate more, take ownership of their jobs, and care about the quality of their work and its impact on other departments.
Need to be honest about where we stand with the product we are trying to release. Its been 3 years and we are still not where we were with our last gen product in terms of functionality.
No real opportunites to grow at WFS - I've applied for different positions and not even gotten the chance to interview. My job usually requires me to work on holidays and the days off that are given to other employees.
