Customers love the product. Coworkers love to work together & find solutions. Frustrations are due to the lack of staffing, being overworked because we are personally invested in our company and customers. We need more technical staffing to continue the pace without more burnout or people leaving

The benefit package isn't that good, and I'm fortunate that I can use my spouses plan.

Income is good. Unlimited PTO is wonderful, if we personally can make ourselves take the time.

They are open with the direction and up front about the challenges. They encourage us to be our best and listen to feedback.

When we overcome challenges and are able to deliver our product to the customer. Seeing the customer happy and being able to share that with management is very fulfilling.

I am happiest when I see customers using our product to solve their needs. When our team can solve an issue or provide a solution that makes the customer happy.

Our culture is to be the best we can be individually and as a team. What I find is most positive is the way we support, encourage, and respect each other.

Leadership is transparent and provides updates in person and through meetings. They encourage us to work together to accomplish goals and are personally invested in the company, customers, and employees, leading by example.

Our team is very open with each other. We bounce ideas off each other, we learn together, support each other, and enjoy working together. We've become a close knit team, and enjoy bringing others in to learn and learn from.

The team I am on is tight-knit and we work well together. We are able to discuss things openly with trust and provide each other ideas and encouragement. We also problem-solve well together and are confident in our role and what we need to get things done.

We celebrate all diversity and are inclusive. People from all backgrounds, with both mental and physical disabilities all work together, and we care about each other. We work as a team, leaning on each person's strengths and try to balance out the weakness with other strengths so it's truly a team

This year I have felt personally rewarded. I also enjoy the way the company has promoted communication and working together through the pandemic safely. Overall I couldn't ask for a better work culture. I often work extra hours because I enjoy my position and the work is there, as it's not required.
