Carrington College: So far this is one of the best company's that I have had the pleasure of being employed with. They make there employees feel like part of the team form day 1. They have there act together and know how to treat there employees right.
Carrington College: The attitude for this company is based on sales, from enrollment to graduation. The idea for a learning environment is clouded with the force of wanting to gain profits from the students. We are disservicing the students because CC cares more about them passing so that CC can make more money.

The school is half the size it use to be, which make me nervous about job security. Unorganized, no one ever knows what is going on.

Rahi: I have only been here for around 6 months now, but I can say it is my favorite job I have ever had. I am challenged to learn and grow all the time simply by the nature of the business. SWCA: I enjoy my job and no plans to leave but the work can be too intense and stressful (with the amount of tasks to be completed by the set deadline being too much). I know I can get paid much higher at other companies doing the same job with less of the intensity, which is the reason people quit.
Zwift: Good sense of community and collaboration. Overall there seems to be shared confidence of the future of Zwift.
Broadbean Technology: Could improve ATS integrations and reporting. Does not take accountability for results, defers this to job boards. Support has been okay, responsive but doesn't seem to "get it". Cost is too high for the results it generates.

Algolia: Algolia is a rocket. It is a pleasure to be part of this adventure and write history with my peers. I think that we have to be careful with this last step before IPO with so many executives taking decision in the US on a company still driven by EMEA that can be quite frustrating.
Algolia: It's been fantastic overall -- I feel though that the same voices are consistently being recognized and heard over others who maybe are a bit more shy or introverted. It's not a diverse set of voices either (white male). We need more female representation at the IC level, too.
