DataStax: I can honestly say that this is my favorite company that I've worked for in my career. There are great resources, a solid structure, a collaborative environment, innovative technology, and great compensation. It has been a very positive experience.

Veracode: Veracode is a fantastic place to work. The leadership are strong, aligned and engaged and the people are both super smart and always helpful. The pace is fast but focused and you can follow your interests and work on really cool stuff. Love it.

San Joaquin Valley College: It is a good company overall. I think the management wants to care. but so much emphasis is often placed on things that don't really help you succeed. I think they forget what it's like working in the lower level jobs and expect it all be just done by some formula and they forget how it really is.

Algolia: Growing from 350 employees to 600+ in 12 months was really rewarding to see, and it was impressive that our onboarding teams, systems/processes/tools were able to support that scale without any hiccups.

Stats Perform: Company with a lot of potential to boom & they seem to care about the mental health of their workers. But pay is below the industry standard and too many good staff are leaving. Worried about the mass exodus of talent and how that will impact.

I do not like that we are always on verge of being let go. There is lack of attention and support at the Fresno location. We need better management,

Altium: Company direction is set very actively at high management levels, to the point where it often devolves to micromanagement. Strategic direction is not consistent and changes frequently, giving the impression that they prefer to chase "shiny new things" than focus on the core of their business.
San Joaquin Valley College: It's generally good. But there's frustration over tge interplay of being data driven, and constant having problems with either getting data, or being able to trust data, and the amount of wasted time trying to deal with it.
