Thier strategy is to exploit the hard workers while allowing others who choose not to work hard to do little to nothing. Management lies to your face to placate. Next Insurance: Insurance agents are treated like second class citizens. We are heavily overworked and underpaid. Management has very high expectations of us but they're never around to manage us. They do however make a stellar appearance to micromanage us regularly.

DRW: Having been put through a thorough beasting at the the tec interview. I stupidly thought that things would get better but wow was I wrong working with nast sneaky co-workers who delight in setting up traps for me and other new joiners to fall into
Deliveroo: Easy, but there are a few errors on the app for cyclists, especially. It can be difficult as a cyclist, when offers are ages away and hills and weather is not taken into consideration. You never ever receive tips despite the distance and difficulties. Otherwise pay is good.

Bumble: Bumble is not very careful when it comes to banning its users. If a user makes a mistake, give them a chance to correct it, don't just ban them. Trupanion: Very low pay, no raises, bonus metrics are barely attainable but when achieved are abysmally low compared to the 3x or more work you provide. Pto is also your sick days, no 401k matching but they will send an email every week about how well the company is doing profit wise.
TXU Energy: Customer service and listening to what the customer is saying. The representatives sound like robots and definitely not listening.
Geneva Financial Home Loans: Fantastic company. Lots of growth within the time I've been here and they're constantly working on more improvements. Management keeps the health of employees in the forefront while rapidly expanding and growing. Excellent top to bottom.
Next Insurance: This is the 3rd insurance company I've worked for and definitely the most fun. Instead of making minor updates to an existing program then waiting a year or longer to view any results, I get to build something new and see the positive impact on customers in real time!
