Nextiva: Very happy with the company overall. I feel that while strategic direction and messaging is clear, individual groups need to include other affected departments to ensure decision/resources etc aren't made in a bubble. There are also far too many disparate systems.
Mambu: Promotions are based on managers' like not related to performance and 360 feedback. Even if you do the work of 3 persons, you are underpaid and they are hiring leads that have no clue what they're doing, only to be trained by you and be paid twice your salary.
Calix: I like working with the team but there is simply not enough staff to get things done on time.
Egnyte: I used to really love Egnyte and it's culture, people and environment. Unfortunately lately we are challenging a lot of changes like introducing Coupa without training and onboarding. Sometimes it feels like Europe and US is not playing in the same team anymore, there is no openness and understandin
Fivetran: So far my experience at Fivetran has been great, its been a quick ramp to getting stuck into my role because of the pace at which the company is moving, though I've welcomed that as I much prefer being busy, everyone is also very supportive too so I've never felt overwhelmed

Nextiva: The first couple weeks are rough getting acclimated, which is true of any new job. There is A LOT of self-training and videos which is good from disrupting other works but hard when trying to get up to speed quickly. A lot of time is spent figuring things out for yourself.
Nextiva: They are communicative and encouraging.
Egnyte: I love working at Egnyte and want to make this a career, not just a day job!

Calix: Every workday, I get up motivated and excited to tackle the problems and challenges of the day, together with some of the best people in the industry. We may not solve all the problems at the end of the day but yet it usually ends with a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
Egnyte: My experience has been a roller coaster. I have seen many I looked up to leave and I had to learn this job by myself from home. I have made mistakes and learned from them but overall doing it this way has made me a lot better at the role and made me stronger as a person and employee
Egnyte: People really care and show passion for what they do, but metrics are more important right now than growing the current employee morale. Taking care of your employees should be the most important. Too much churn to feel secure.
Egnyte: I am quite happy here. Although it's only been 3 months, the team I work with is great. My boss is awesome and I feel valued and appreciated.

Consilio: I've worked here for almost a decade and the people and the culture have always been great. My only concern is with our culture moving forward. The company continues to acquire other companies in quick succession and I worry that the culture may be adversely affected by it.

Drift: Drift is what you make it. Come in, learn, and contribute. Be a part of the solutiln not the one complaining. And, do your work and do it well. If you do your job and stay motivated by the mission not just the nuances of the changes, you'll thrive here and you will move upward quickly.

Nextiva: Overall this is a good place to work. right now I feel like we are trying to move too fast and aren't making sure the long term health of the new services are ready. Overall I think the new product will be good but I'm worried we are rushing it.
Nextiva: The developer experience at Nextiva is pretty rough. Rather than being challenged by interesting engineering problems, it feels like we are plagued by a million inconveniences that shouldn't be so hard to solve. Nonetheless, coworkers are very friendly and managers legitimately care about you.
Nextiva: I am fairly new, but most of the experiences and interactions with others have been positive
Nextiva: It's been great. Since I'm in a new role for the company, I've really appreciated the onboarding experience, in that it's giving me time to develop and to contribute my past experiences to the development of the position.

Geneva Financial Home Loans: So far so good. I like the compensation pay and weekly pay periods. The insurance doesn't appear to be that great but is good. The holiday/closure surprised me as it is more rigid than other companies I have worked for.

Drift: Drift is not for everyone - it is fast paced and the workload is excessive. Everyone would not thrive here. This is a difficult place to work. Fulfilling but difficult.
Geneva Financial Home Loans: Geneva is Awesome! Rates are a little high, corp margin on Chenoa/bad practice, GenevaGo not smooth & requires bwr to have 2 logins - 1 for genevago & 1 for disclosures. Plenty of programs that can integrate both into 1 -ie: floify & easier to use for us and bwr.
