The teams at Drift are consistently working to stay collaborative while also understanding that schedules are robust and allowing time to communicate asych - avoiding unnecessary meetings and Zoom time.

The ability to manage our own schedules with an outcomes-driven team. We get so much done, in the time that works best for us and our customers. It has created an unmatched work-life balance for my family and I.
