HAVING A DAY WHERE EVERYTHING GOES AS PLANNED
planning. being realistic about goals
mind their own business and do their jobs
Get upper management back in touch with reality
THE DRIVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL
THE BENIFITS ARE REALLY GOOD
there's never a dull moment
when everyone does their job
set realistic production goals. under promise, over deliver
Working overtime and getting nowhere
They all want to do the best at their job.
Understand their jobs are more that doing one specific thing
THEY TRY TO OVERCOME ADVERSITIES OF THEIR DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES
who knows. i'm sure the company is doing something positive
the upper management is clueless. they could get a clue
there's always a goal to make things better and grow the company
I'm doing a supervisor job but have not been promoted to supervisor
pay me equally to what other supervisors at other companies are making
I would feel better if i were paid more as a supervisor
retaining information. i have to repeat the same thing numerous times.
THEY'RE ALWAYS TRYING TO STAY ON TOP OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY ISSUES
there are 2-3 people in PTC doing the job i do by myself
understanding that things can't just happen by snapping your fingers. some changes take time
getting recognized for doing my job well and taking initiative to do things without being asked
They seem to want to do things to keep employees engaged and make the workplace more fun
They seem to care about making Hoshizaki a great company and are always trying to improve on it.
Seeing the assembly lines reach their goals and seeing the people on my team grow into their roles.
The best thing is when they stay out of the way with all the leadership BS and focus in the job
I've been doing a job for over 8 months that I have interviewed for. I do all the work of a supervisor but I don't have the title or the compensation that goes with it. I'm running a department the same as my peers and I feel like my patience and hard work is being taken for granted.
