Smile Brands: My overall experience with my company is very good
Smile Brands: I've been in Marketing for 32 years in a wide variety of companies/industries and this is the best job I've ever had. The company mission and services are something I feel great about being a part of and I feel very valued and respected by management and by my team.
Smile Brands: It has been a great experience thus far with plenty of career opportunities for me.
Smile Brands: they treat everyone with respect, listen to us not just hear us.
Nordic Consulting Partners: I've been working for 31 years, since I was 14 years old and this is the best working environment, the best management team and the place where I've felt most respected and appreciated.

Smile Brands: I've been with SBI for over a year and I've never had a bad experience with the company. We are one team and we all believe in our mission.

Smile Brands: Generally good, too many changes especially when tracing and collecting was doing great.

Smile Brands: There has been good and bad however I've pushed through the last 3 yrs and am ok. Main things to me that matter most is pay could be better, benefits are way to expensive, and there should be paid maternity leave for the CBO 's in Texas. Its not a state thing because other companies here do paid ML

Smile Brands: Not the worst. Good introductory office job. Once I learn all I can in my position, I will either move on to a more challenging role, or move on from the company.
Smile Brands: I am grateful for the team that I work with on a day to day basis and love coming to work everyday. Working on a lot of fun new initiatives.
Smile Brands: Smile has given me multiple opportunities to stretch out of my comfort zone and continues to challenge me everyday. And the people and culture are what make coming to work great.

Surescripts: Tense always walking on eggshells. Don’t go to HR
Vertex Inc.: Awesome on-boarding and now i'm effective in my role within 3-4 months. Everyone wants you to succeed.
NPR: If you keep your conservative views private and play the game, you're good. If you say one thing positive about the current administration though you are evil incarnate and your reviews will be negative.
WorkForce Software: Not enough employees for the amount of work required. This disbalance harms the relationship between work and private life. From my experience, it leads to ineffectiveness at work and unhappines among employees.
WorkForce Software: Good experience and learn new systems and processes
vlocity: Collaboration, Casual and Flat Hierarchy
WorkForce Software: a former employee told me after they left it was toxic at Workforce. That sums it up.
WorkForce Software: Overall I enjoy working at WFS but wish there was a way to have more interaction/involvement with everyone within the office. I enjoy the flexibility to work from home but would like the office culture to be more inviting for people to want to come in and engage in the overall environment.
vlocity: Salary and some other perks
Smile Brands: I love my job, my company, my teammates and our leaders. I feel I make a difference here. The only thing missing is a match to our 401(k) contributions.

WorkForce Software: I enjoy the travel and the people. I dont feel the company cares and is very US based and i dont feel they care about us. i.e. our HR person is in the US, hard to have a face to face when they are not here.....
Nordic Consulting Partners: Fast paced, energetic, smart, though still learning how to apply strategy and generally a very green leadership team
WorkForce Software: Team spirit, everyone is there to help when needed and also everyone has an open attitude to learning.
WorkForce Software: I liked it when I first joined but in the last two years I have been questioning the path my department has been going. Our leadership for our department has never been great but the last hire has been pointing fingers at teams rather than looking at the real issue because they don't know the app
WorkForce Software: I love my job and what I do, but the lack of leadership in this region has created a negative workplace and a lot of uncertainty.
WorkForce Software: I have met and overcome several extreme challenges and some people have acknowledged my efforts, but to others I'm "just another resource" despite having proven my mettle. My role changes constantly and I feel like I'm put on the spot a lot more lately with no warning or ability to prepare.
WorkForce Software: Wonderful people to work with, office needs a bit of improvement, product is great.
WorkForce Software: Challenging but fair environment. Good learning experience but frustrated by lack of advancement opportunity and pay scale.

WorkForce Software: It's an okay place to work, good work/ife balance, no clear career path- not sure what comes after working in my current position
WorkForce Software: The company has moved me closer towards my goal and has helped me understand the requisites for achieving the status I desire.
WorkForce Software: It's an exciting time to be here. We're really pushing in the right direction, but I'm always nervous that we'll soon be going back to chasing deals, and lose sight of the focus that we have to build an amazing product. Culturally, our company is pretty weak.

The last 4 years however have been brutal. I no longer feel valued and the culture has been negatively impacted by new C suite.

I hope there are opportunities for advancement and development and would really like to hear more about that from my manager.
