I love my job, my company, my teammates and our leaders. I feel I make a difference here. The only thing missing is a match to our 401(k) contributions.

The ability to be creative and feeling that I've made a difference in the lives of my colleagues, and downstream, the patients.

My work is creative yet strategic. What makes me most happy is my one direct report. She's our future and she's awesome!

We know it takes a village to be successful. My colleagues provide great service and support. We have fun and laugh a lot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They set high goals for us, but give us the tools we need to achieve them. When they've made mistakes they admit it and hit the "reset" button.

We pull together, have each other's backs, don't throw colleagues under the bus and give our all. It's amazing what you can accomplish when you give credit where it's due!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know we do our best to deliver Smiles for Everyone to all constituent groups and forgive us when we make honest mistakes. When they make mistakes, they own up to them and ask forgiveness. They are quick to show gratitude.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our vision, Smiles for Everyone, means more than giving people pretty smiles. It means everyone the organization interacts with should feel as if they got a good deal. It's about everyone feeling like a winner. And we have a lot of fun!

Our vision is clear. It feels good to know that we're supporting a great team of dentists who help to improve people's lives and health. Management team members are role models for our win-win culture. Everyone is eager to help each other.
