WorkForce Software: Transparency into the business and strategy for success.
WorkForce Software: Overall I think this is a great place to work. I would happily recommend applying here to anyone I know. I would let them know that things can feel overwhelming as the company is taking on big challenges. It is good that the company is doing it, but can be stressful for the individual.

WorkForce Software: I am never overwhelmed at work. That is good sometimes, but there are times that moves to far in the opposite direction. I enjoy a challenge and require one if I am to not feel like a drone. My major gripe is the lack of feedback that is available. I want to know where I stand for sanity's sake.
WorkForce Software: The work / life balance is great and the flexibility this affords me with a young family is fantastic. The people are great and the new products that are being created are fantastic also. I am currently bored in my role and need a change...soon.

WorkForce Software: The company has had significant growth over the years.. The work environment is relaxed and provides opportunities for a good work/life balance. Salaries seem to be low end market and increases seem to be tied directly to profit generation and not necessarily individual role success or achievement.

WorkForce Software: The overall work environment Is good but there appears to be a lot of underlying us vs them culture that was developed as part of the software split. There seems to be a lack of personal feedback from US-based manager which does not allow you to grow as an induvidual.
WorkForce Software: As a newer team member, everyone has been amazingly helpful and willing to assist while still allowing team members to find their way. You won't find a lot of bureaucracy or red tape but a lot of people wanting to solve complex problems effectively and creatively.
