WFS tries to provide a good work life balance - taking time off is encouraged.
Customer are getting more difficult to deal with. Not sure if my patience is wearing thin or if customers are stressed out and taking it out on us.
Salary rates seem low compared to industry averages. No clear guidelines as to salary range by position. No catch-up mechanism for those that came in with a low salary.
Compensation that is fair throughout the team. More compensation is better, of course. Clear pay bands at each level - having associate consultants getting paid more than senior consultants should be fixed.
