The work-life balance. Everyone understands that stuff comes up, and you're welcome to work from home or work weird hours to address the stuff as long as your work gets done.
Their realism. I've seen too many companies where the "we're the best at what we do" self-confidence that is required to sell creeps into the day-to-day internal assessments of the business. WorkForce leadership is keenly aware of their (and their competitors') strengths and weaknesses.
They're supportive and approachable. We really feel like a team, rather than coworkers to be tolerated. While the weekends are nice and I still don't want to get out of bed on Monday morning, it's never the "going to work" part of Mondays that I dread. I enjoy being here!
