I am a bit new here but so far everything is good. I really like the culture and my co-workers are extremely friendly. Love the flexible schedule and ability to work from home when needed.

I'm really enjoying my time at WorkForce. The culture is great. I enjoy working with my co-workers. I do wish there was a bit more clear product direction sometimes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is pretty positive. We have fun while working and collaborating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent. Constant insights through company meetings about what is happening with the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing something I've worked on being released to the public and it doing well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K matching is nice and I'm paid decently compared to the local market for my position.

We are a small team and work very closly. We collaborate often to accomplish our goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like the inclusivity of our company. We seem pretty diverse. I also like the casual environment.

They treat their employees really well. We have a good work/life balance. They communicate well and seem pretty transparent.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love problem solving with my team. I love being able to use my creativity to help solve the big picture problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the relaxed culture. I love being able to wear comfortable clothes. I love the flexability. If I need to take care of things outside the office, I am given the time to do so.
