Lyft: overall: a roller coaster ride. too much unplanned, poorly communicated change (specifically in the safety and customer support areas - can't speak as much to IT, marketing, recruiting, etc)
palmer: Negative. Over the years the company focus has been on temp employees, reducing benefits, and just getting work done as opposed to getting work done correctly because it takes more time. Outdated equipment makes the job harder. We never know if we have to work overtime.
