We're collaborative. We aren't afraid to tell each other when we disagree with what the other is saying. It's constructive criticism in its best form to better ourselves for future decisions.

They're constantly present in the office, Monday through Friday and are easily accessible on email and our instant messenger. They genuinely care about each employee and ask us how we are doing before asking what we are doing.
