There are many great perks and benefits at the organization, which includes unlimited PTO. Its good to know that I can work hard but also take the downtime to step away when needed. I also enjoy the interactions with other colleagues as everyone is very willing to help and lend a hand when needed.
WFS has some great potential, but I feel with the addition of newly added C-level people its apparent its more bureaucratic and is not practice what you preach. Overall I wish we had more insight into our end goal beyond our daily, wkly goals to deliver to customers. Wish our product was more stabl
Ensuring that our customers are happy and that we are making their work lives easy by solving everyday issues
Providing customers a solution that you know will impact them for the better and hopefully increasing efficiency in their day to day lives.
The ability to work with customers and hopefully provide them with a positive outcome that will positively change their work environment using our software.
People are not afraid to speak up overall and if there are concerns, they are quite candid to discuss as an individual or as a group.
As a group they seem fairly approachable and friendly. I feel that I could approach anyone as needed if there was a concern in their specific overseen area.
The opportunity to be yourself regardless of gender, ethnicity or background that you might come from. Everyone is treated equally and opinions/suggestions can be shared across the board.
We are still a small company to the point that people engage each other as if we are family. They show empathy and pick each other up when feeling down.
I prefer the updates we get in a monthly forum but I still feel they lack depth. What is our long term goals and focus outside what our day to day jobs are.
I enjoy community activities or creative engagements within the office that allow for employees to show themselves and bring themselves to the work environment such as cube/department decorations for holidays or other events.
I know that I could go many other places and make more or hold a higher title. It seems that we care about retaining people after they are already one foot out the door even though signs usually exist well before that time.
Compensation seems to be about who you know and demands provided at certain times. For the most part I don't feel the company is proactive but rather reacts when someone is ready to leave. By that time its usually too late and the person is not looking to entertain those conversations.
Generally for the most part I feel that other team members have your back and are looking to do a good job. Overall if I reach out, I know I will get help as everyone is typically willing to drop what there doing to assist even if it means extending their day.
I really enjoy the diversity and difficult topics that are covered. I think the more open our company is about these topics and how to talk about them, the better the culture becomes. Even if we dont agree at times, we should be able to ask and discuss without the fear of backlash
Compensation is not based on performance but rather at what point we joined the company and what the salary was at that time we joined. Raises that focused on the individuals performance and some type of profit sharing would engage me as far as continuing to make positive impacts to the business
Based on the quarterly meetings and financial data being provided we seem to be in a much better position as we move forward as a business as a whole. We also seem as we are starting to invest more in retention and training which I believe to be important if we are going to continue to grow.
