Overall Positive and negative-- Positive bc of the accomplishments from both a product and position in marketplace I have helped WFS achieve, negative bc of the pay gap. I feel foolish for staying with a company that has such inequitable practices, lack of oversight and clearly does not value me
Trying to bridge gap with non-leadership employees
commitment to bringing value, excellent service and ROI to prospects/ customers who choose our software
Collaborative and hard working-- willing to do what it takes to achieve some massive company goals
Collaboration-- every one is working hard to overcome some big hurdles and achieve huge company goals
Winning a deal and supporting the successful growth of company net new revenue, Meeting a deadline or overcoming a challenge, acknowledgment of the value I bring
Collaborative, highly skilled, hard-working, committed to bringing in new revenue to WFS, positive, willing to do whatever it takes to win new business, creative, passionate about WFS Suite of Solutions and benefits our solution brings to organizations, always increasing VALUE we offer
Become more relevant to the workforce and maybe care about employees. The arrogance, frat culture and distance from workforce is so different from previous leadership which seemed to want to develop the talent in company. Current leadership seems to only care about #1 (themselves) and their payouts
I am using a unique skill set that I have developed throughout my career. Using my strengths professionally makes me happy. I am also grateful that my work has a positive impact on other companies. Our solution is incredible and hearing from customers the impact is immensely rewarding.
Under new leadership I've had only one tiny pay increase (3+ years ago). Each year I'm asked to do more work & goals are significantly raised but not salary. A portion of salary comes from commissions. Finance does not provide new comp plans & tries NOT pay out EARNED commissions.
Salary-- my salary is below market average and has not changed in more than 5 years and there is a huge pay gap on team. Yet when I have asked for a raise I am told flat no and no discussion on what I can do to get raise yet I know others on team earn up 50% more than what I am paid
