
Insurance coverage is good. 401k package is reasonable for a company of this size.
Understand what it really takes to keep the customers happy. It isn't a single thing (application, infrastructure, support, etc.) it is all of them combined.
Discussed earlier. Management doesn't interact with whom they manage, or when they do, dismiss suggestions. Hiring people that have zero practical experience for the positions they are filling. Decisions are made by management without any input/little knowledge of the repercussions to the customer
My team excels at what they do. To respond to the earlier questions about how I feel about coworkers, if that is in reference to the team I am a part of, they are all great. If it references ALL coworkers, then many are nearsighted and need to comprehend the full picture. Not sure they can do so.
