Kareo: After using different medical software I have a strong base line to compare this software. I can strongly say that this software is poorly designed with so many issues I wont have space to write, the notes are not even in Medicare/Medicaid compliance. Customer service is also incapable of helping.

BARK: I get the Bark Box for heavy chewers. They are amazing. The German Shephard and Lab usually destroy everything within a day or two. We have Bark Box toys that are over a year old. Highly recommend.

Etsy: I have appealed to have my shop re-opened. I was overseas and missed a payment by two days for the cut off. I apologised I asked to have automated payments. I was treated coldly I am new to ETSY - there was help as I missed only one payment. ETSY had my credit card details. I am mortified .

Empire Today: Empire Flooring installed the wrong floor and won't do anything to correct the issue. No response from the salesman, customer service, or a letter written to the home office in Chicago. They wouldn't even come out to the house to see the problem or make any compromise. And we spent a lot of money!
TracFone Wireless: On 10/10/2023 I ordered products from your company (TracFone) online. The order was an expedited order of UPS 2Day Air. The order never came. I called customer service and they kept hanging up on me. Such disrespect is not will not be tolerated especially when TracFone is in breach of a contract.

After talking with other employees about this I was informed that this person and her supervisor are in a relationship. I wouldn't think Bradford would allow this.
