Everyone deserves work-life balance, not just management. There are employees that don't get to take a lunch due to staffing and managers tell them to "deal with it"

Targets are alwus unrealistic and unachievable. They have a tendancy to fire/layoff "under performance". Mangement intentionally make you under presure.
OnTrac: Got suspended for a reason they wouldn't tell me i have not been able to contact anyone for 2 weeks now and I try everyday I wasn't told if I still employed or whats going on
