Worldstrides: I work in IT and Personally love the company. That hasn't always been the case and there are a lot of challenges we have to overcome, but overall the people I work with are great and with recent leadership changes it has genuinely become a great place to work.
Radiance Technologies: There have been ups and downs with leadership here. There always seems to be management turn over in HSV. Our CEO's transparency when something happens does help though. Overall, I have had a great experience working here.
LRS: The work is good and most of the customers are nice people. Only really issues cone from are leaders. They are cutting hours and telling us to let the customers do what they want. This is a huge safety issue if we listen to these leaders then this company will end up with a massive law suit

TurboChef Technologies, Inc: Turbo Chef Customer Service is the worst of any restaurant equipment brand. Nobody takes ownership of the problem and therefor nothing gets fixed. The absolute worst brand to do business with.

I feel the company was not ready for me when they hired me, there was very little training or tools to do the job. The willingness to make me succeed is here, but it feels like there is still a lot of work to do.

Very high turnover at all levels leading to a pretty chaotic and unsuccessful environment. Morale is low, pay is pretty good, but not worth the years it will take off you.

My coworkers have always been the best, taking extra steps to ask how my say is, to writing me a birthday card and leaving small gifts at my desk. This culture is companywide, with each holiday being recognized.
