PlanSource: Overall, PlanSource is a fast-moving, exciting company to be working for. Something is always happening/changing/transforming whether it be internally or externally. The compensation isn't the greatest, but overall benefits package is comparable. Looking forward to a new CEO and path forward.

Lately a lot of shifts w/ CTO have led to things like on-call rotation, confusion on responsibilities for certain roles, people being laid off for confusing reasons.

Offshore seems to be leaderships first priority. Day to day work has become dull and frustrating. I am not surprised though with the high leadership turnover.

But after Vista, things have changed significantly. There's more eyes on the "unlimited PTO", a lot more secret layoffs, and uncomfortableness.

Imprivata: It's a steady growing company. We have positive work environment and culture as a tradition in the company. We have a shortage of engineers but may be over-growing in some other departments. Personally, I think the shortage of good engineers might hurt the long-term growth of the company.
