I like the extra benefits we get like ClassPass and the Calm app. Unlimited PTO is nice. I would appreciate a routine therapy option being added that goes beyond "emergency sessions". I am always willing to put in the extra mile, but these benefits would help make me feel like Alkami reinvests in me

The majority of my team is very collaborative and fun to work with. They are smart people and get along well with one another. However, there has been a culture shift & some people don't seem to want to work together; making it feel like us vs them :( . We ALL have the same goals to work towards.
