This has been a life changing experience for me, the only thing I wish would change is if raises were a little more frequent because I feel underpaid for the work i provide on a daily basis

id have to say its the medical plans, at all of the jobs ive worked i havent seen plans as good as ours

Everyone here is willing to teach you something new no matter how simple it may be and not judge you for not knowing anything about it

The creativity everyone in leadership has here is amazing. I am constantly impressed by what new ideas and ways to work these guys can come up with on a daily basis.

Work hard and play hard. Everyone understands the mission and works everyday to get things completed asap but they also dont let that stop them from having fun here and there

The open door policy we have is fantastic, I found myself talking to people i never thought id meet in a million years and was able to hold a decent conversation with them

With my last two title changes both being brand new positions that are generally unheard of elsewhere there was no real pay scale to go off of. My responsibilites continue to grow however my pay is not reflective of it.

They treat me as more than just a body. On my team we all look out for eachother and go above and beyond what is asked of us. They are truly some of the most hardworking people I have ever met.

The people i work with are some of the most hard working individuals youll ever come across. Their ability to adapt and overcome is beyond anything ive ever seen and on top of that theyre great and genuine people who want whats best for everyone

Overall a raise would be justified for not just myself but many others here. I personally did everything I could to not only learn as much as possible from everyone but i also put in a lot of time and effort to be as knowledgeable in my field so when my 90 day came I could speak on what in learned
