Fuel Cycle: It's been a start-up for over 10 years now, but it's still in that phase. Everything is manual and training isn't very helpful to new employees. Pay is low and mobility is often limited if you work in certain departments. Overall, a great stepping stone for research. Not good for the long run.
Revolution Medicines: It has been a great experience since my first interview/interaction with the team. I am thrilled to be a part of the EQRx team and look forward to not only what the company can accomplish, but always how I can have an impact on the company getting there!
