The Bouqs: Pre-BUs, my job was wonderful, but VERY stressful; the structure of that team made my job 15x harder than it needed to be. Now, my team has been great. My job morphed into something I never expected, positively challenging me. The Co. feels disorganized, and I hope it's just due to growing pains.
The Bouqs: I like working here, but it's not perfect . I feel like a lot of people are nearing burnout, and I'm not sure if management sees that clearly and takes it seriously. I am lucky to be well-liked and on a clear path, but I see people just as good as me, but less liked, having a difficult time.
The Bouqs: Truly incredible. The company and leadership have a great vision and showcase our values every day. I love the transparency from the executive team to employees at every level of the company. They truly care about the employees and want the entire company to succeed together.
