CivicActions: Coworkers are wonderful and project work can be very autonomous, though contracts often limit what's possible. However trying to participate in any initiatives at the company level is unproductive and frustrating.

Divergent: While I enjoy my work, the company's plan for growth and technical ambition seems to be at odds with an unwillingness to hire vetted and identified talent from Nov 2020 to current March 2021. If there is a justification for this delay, it is not clear to me.
