Amperity: This question is misleading, I never said I feel undervalued. We just don't pay as much as some other companies, pay isn't the only reason I choose a job. What would make me feel better is more money.

Amperity: I'm pretty new but have really appreciate the thoughtfulness of organization at Amperity. There's a clear, consistent framework and messaging for how we do things - it's not a startup where things are shifting constantly, we have a plan and we execute it.
Amperity: Challenging, fast paced but rewarding too! If you are driven and passionate this is a good place for you to work. If you are looking for the same tasks day after day, week after week this won't work for you.
Amperity: Amperity is one of the best case scenarios for a fast paced start-up. I trust the leadership to do what is right to make us successful. The team is a blast to work with. It is fast paced in every way which is stressful and complicated but I thrive in those situations so I love it.
BELAY: BELAY is an amazing company. They really walk the talk. I know everyday that I have the trust from my team to do my job well which makes work so enjoyable and fun. This team works hard and plays hard and I am grateful that I get to be part of it.

Clearcover: Very good, but I think leadership tends to ignore doing the right thing and rather does the easy thing. Very authoritarian leadership style.

Clearcover: Working at a startup is a little crazy in the best of times, let alone during a pandemic, so it's easy to worry about the future. However, working in technology means it was very easy to pivot to remote work and stay in contact with everyone.
