AODocs: Performance interviews and appraisals are not for everyone.
Calendly: I have been able to grow from an entry-level role and develop a career path in ways that have allowed me to avoid job hopping for advancement and avoid accruing student debt from going to grad school. I'm very appreciative of how much I continue to learn on a daily basis!
Calendly: I haven't been with Calendly long, but I feel really proud to work here. The quality of people that work here is very high; I generally feel supported and valued.Overall, I think the salary and benefits are fair and above average, though in my opinion the parental leave packages are disappointing.

Hiya: This is the best job by far that I've had so far. Take it for what it's worth because I've only worked at two other companies before.
Techstars: Disappointing -- each Accelerator's staff is treated like hired mercenaries. Unlike a sales role, however, there is no additional compensation or benefits for performance. If an accelerator partner doesn't renew their contract, the entire staff is laid off. Also, knowledge is not shared.

Ceres: Ceres is a great place to work. There are some company culture issues that could improve, but I think if those were to improve significantly, the organization would be near perfect! It's a fast-paced organization, so systems and processes are important to have.
Ceres: Ceres is a wonderful, dynamic, and impactful place to work. There are definitely challenges, but I feel fortunate to be working at an organization that leaves such a high impact.
