For a company this size, the management does what it can for the employees. Wish we had a formal bonus structure in place for high achievers but our options will hopefully be worth $$$

One Planet Group: I feel the company masquerades as a fun tech company but, is in fact an 18yr old confusing mess. Basic company functions (hr, finance, etc.) are struggles and little is offered in competition with current day tech companies.
One Planet Group: My voice is heard and my ideas are implemented by the CEO. We take action on things quickly - especially on social issues. One Planet is dedicated to a culture of service, so I feel like I'm getting more out of my employment than just a paycheck. I'm very proud to tell people about where I work.

Insight Software: Just awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They will lie and distort everything to get you in the door. And as soon as you are there, you realize how much of a mistake you made. It's common for people to leave during orientation.
