PRODEGE, LLC: So far its been positive for me. However I do feel like the company doesn't have enough outings to build team spirit.
Recruitics: The benefits package is very bare and unfairly priced. The 401K match is severely low compared to the national average. Unfortunately, the pay also does not make up for the lack in benefits.
Recruitics: Very fast environment with a lot of moving parts. Having a team that is knowledgeable about the products and quick on their feet to come up with solutions that will satisfy the client is very helpful!

It makes bad, expensive decisions and we are forced to comply. But it doesn't work out and then we are left with expensive tools and equipment we can't use.
