HotChalk: I love working for this company. The one downside is that I have seen more people fired then I've seen at any company I've worked. Although I work hard and have a good attitude, I get nervous there is a low bar to be fired. With that said I'm all for getting rid of people who aren't hard workers.

HotChalk: The company offers a great balance between challenges and fun. There are many initiatives communicated by HR about improvement in benefits, very clear and direct communication from the Management team, and a strong sense of purpose.

HotChalk: I've worked in a number of departments at HotChalk over the years and seen many changes in senior leadership. I think that we're in a good place now, and the structure of the organization overall has never been clearer and stronger. I hope we slow down and focus on few big wins.
People.ai: It has been great so far, the experience is proving to flow well into my personal and professional growth. There is great Executives and Leadership around that is aiding to the company's success, as well as internal team success across all channels.
HotChalk: Been around awhile with revolving door at leadership. We've been more stable the past few years with greater focus. That said, even with greater focus, unfavorable market forces and poor products impede our success in many regards. Poor performance wreaks havoc on plans and long-term goals.

Citizen: I was hoodwinked and it was exciting at first, then it deteriorated quickly. They unapologetically talk advantage of their employees, have poor self awareness, and are generally dead behind the eyes. Dreaded every day, even though the work was interesting.

All the surveys in the world do not change poor behavior, harsh action does.

My current position has by far has been one of my favorites, i thoroughly enjoy what i do it. I am beyond discouraged in the recent dynamics of this team and the example set by leadership.
HotChalk: It's okay. It provides me with stability for my family and that is okay, but I feel deeply undervalued for the work that I do and that I'm asked to do continuously.
