Tophatter: Tophatter is a good group of people who are constantly trying to improve the company. What you put into this job is what you get out of it. If you like agency and are confident enough to push for your ideas, you will go far here. However, if you are a more introverted person it's more difficult.

Weave: When I interviewed here, I was told "everything is earned, not given." They didn't like. Not only do I feel like I've been given the resources to succeed, but I've also been given the opportunities to grow and handle more responsibility as I've proven myself. I feel like I play a big role at Weave.
Tophatter: This job has accelerated my learning both technically and non-technically. I have made great friends, and learned the value of good management/leadership. I enjoy going to work every day, and feel valued to be a part of this team. I cannot think of a better place to work than Tophatter.

Weave: The onboarding process for new engineers is a little rough. However, once I got up to speed I've loved getting work on things that are having to grow so quickly.
Weave: I have only been employed here for a short time but am very impressed by the culture and structure of the business. Training is good but could be more detailed.
Weave: They put people first. They know that if they get the people right, everything else about the business will follow.

Projects canceled and employees downsized to compensate, compounding low morale, all essentially at mercy of one customer.
