Instacart: I love the people that work here and the culture. Leadership needs some fine tuning and we need to treat our shoppers better. At HQ, lots of people are under paid for the work that they do and it's terrible. I have not felt valued/respected by any of my boss' and it's really a shame.

Natural Habitat Adventures: I enjoy the people and the perks. The pay is limiting and decisions made by team leaders don't always make a lot of sense.
Archer Education: My experience has been a bit of a roller coaster and difficult to define, but overall I think the company is great for a good number of people.
Instacart: fast paced. I think a few people are scared to open up because the culture doesn't suggest that getting to know your coworkers on this more open vulnerable level is just fine.

Instacart: It has been interesting - the office seems extremely disconnected from shoppers and often make questionable decisions impacting shoppers in negative ways. It feels weird to work for a company where the work force is negative towards the HQ employees and company as a whole.
Archer Education: The people and the benefits make the company great. I learn alot from my coworkers. I think we could improve on yearly pay bumps as they are relatively small.

Instacart: I wouldn't recommend working at this company UNLESS serious changes are made. I like the renewed focus by our CFO on being a sound company, but I think the lack of operational prowess by our teams is a risk that will prevent us from being the best we can be.

Instacart: Overall it has been good with a few exceptions. Upper management needs to communicate more. Sometimes we feel like it is "us" vs "them" instead of one team/family.
Lulu Press: First Office job for this shop dog. Was not sure what to expect. Turns out it is not like most office environments so I got lucky. Yes we live in little rows of desks, semi-cubed up, but the open office encourages interaction and everyone is very pleasant here. Work/life balance was something new.

Wilshire Law Firm: I am considered one of the old timers and have been at WLF for years. I have seen this firm transformed from a mid-sized law firm to a big corporation. Growth comes with challenges, and we have been able to overcome it.

Instacart: I like that the transparency they give us
Instacart: Unsupported. There is room to obtain resume building skills, but infrequent and inconsistent feedback leaves you feeling as though you have no idea if you're doing a good job or not.
Instacart: I wish my manager had a better interest in my career path. I feel like I'm going to hit a wall soon which will force me to look at other companies. I don't like to move from place to place but if my manager at Instacart can't help me meet my needs, I may be forced to go elsewhere.
Instacart: Great place with amazing culture and lots of opportunities for growth!
Instacart: I would not leave Instacart if another company offered to pay me more. The quality of life working for Instacart is amazing (I'm paid great too)! I'm proud to be a carrot!!
