Fictiv: Fictiv is the unique intersection of meaningful work, meaningful relationships, and good compensation/benefits. I will think many times before leaving as finding all three of these things in one place, I've found some folks think is impossible.
Fictiv: It's a place to learn and grow and to take part in interesting challenges. The catered salads can be kind of weird but the people culture here is great.
Aspiration: No support, everyone always worried about their own jobs, no one has your back, sexism, bro-y, culture of disrespect, everyone out for themselves and their own win, willing to break FINRA regulations. Would not recommend it. at all.
