Plantation Products: Complete responsibility shifts, little to no guidance/training, misleading advertisement of job role, frustrating lack of effort/sens of responsibility from some managers. I've also come to discover very little care/integrity for product and an uninspired vision for the business.
Buildium, a RealPage Company: Buildium is a great place to work. Folks here are generally very positive and it brings a sunny feeling to being at the office. The culture is inclusive and welcoming and I genuinely like coming to work everyday.
