Splash: The quality of design product and support through the website to find fast answers. As a Graphic Designer I don't always need customer service, but need a fast answer solution to a design element. But a real human is available if I get stumped.

Nexstar Broadcasting Group: Making diversity & inclusion welcomed and valued in the company. The building is a "boiler room" because it's hot, as the leadership appears oblivious in SLC. Something needs to be done for us in traffic & sales to obtain us better working conditions.
Anitian: Most people here are friendly. However there is almost nobody who has been at the company for more than a year.
