CarShield: I should have checked CarShield out before getting a contract with them, very deceiving.
CompStak: One of the best companies I have had the experience working for in my professional career.
CompStak: Lots of reliance on the individual to figure out their role and figure out how to perform. Little structure in place and most work is accomplished internally by going person to person asking who is in charge of what and little ownership occurs. Leadership does not always seem aligned on direction.
CompStak: I really have no negative things to say. CompStak is a great company to work for. My only suggestion would be to somehow find a way for other team members to make more of an effort to get to know people not on their teams and make them feel more welcome and accepting because it's hard otherwise.
CompStak: Started about 2 months ago, overall experience was positive. People are open to change and the company has a lot of growth potential.
CompStak: I've had a lot of room to grow, I've been challenged, I feel taken care of and I'm excited for the next stage at CompStak.

Arizent: Great company culture, with warm and accepting communications from the executive teams. The teams have pretty good communication overall, and when an issue arises, it seems to be communicated quickly, within a day or two, and a resolution is found to improve the efficiencies of the teams.
The Leading Hotels of the World: I have been happy and challenged at my company over the last few years even through some executive leadership shifts and the global pandemic. I feel valued in my role, but don't feel like there's much upward mobility at my level despite that being addressed for other parts of the business.
