Compensation is the worst, no clear strategy from leadership, no one recognize my efforts despite being the top sales performer, and there is favoritism within the team, and people steal deals from you if you're not careful.

Tucson Medical Center: Started good but over last few years it has gotten scary. Basic safty protocols and any semblance of standards is gone. The staff caring for the patients are dying trying to take care of the patients the way they need but the administrators only care about getting that money every way they can!

Epiq: While I am comfortable and happy in my current position, that same opportunity is not afforded to everyone in the company. There are also elements that are toxic and unacceptable for a work environment that are never addressed and bad behaviors are allowed to continue and fester.
