UCHealth: Compensation is terrible. Constantly compared to states with lower costs of living but "higher ups" continue to pad/overbook provider schedules so they can always get a bonus every month while everyone else is struggling to afford food and housing.

There is far less time for "fun" and personal development which are supposed to be a core values. And no opp for flexible work.
Workday: Right now we are all very nervous we may be let go at any time.
Workday: Overall it is a very good company with very good ethics. It has good benefits. The RSU /bonus distribution should be based on quarterly performance and it should make sure everyone gets some during the year. Managers should be judged based on their reportee's success and growth

Workday: It was great at the beginning, but the culture has gotten worse and worse over the years, where people are rewarded for incredibly unethical behaviors, which starts from the top down. The company is engineered ways to make sure that people aren't paid what was agreed, causing financial hardship.

Workday: I joined Workday in January 2025 and have appreciated every day since. Between the culture and the work-life balance, I truly feel valued. While there are certainly challenging and long days, the emphasis on employee matters make me feel valued and content in my role.
