I think leadership is pushing employees to build the skills needed for the Future AI state, while also increasing workloads on the current role assignment. I am personally burned out trying to deal with both.
I think collaboration is one of the most important aspects, But I feel that during the past few months the increase workload prevents people from help others if they want to meet the performance indicators in their own roles.
