The leadership team is focused on transparency and is willing to confront challenges and difficult situations head-on. While leadership responses are sugar-coated (to be expected) they are not vapid or disingenuous.
Workday's focus has been on the customers it supports, but those customers are the companies who use Workday. Most dissatisfaction comes from end-users (employees) of Workday's customers as well as candidates applying for roles with Workday's customers. The main complaints are navigability and UI.
