Just my immediate manager Mathew Pounder
All new barring a few of us. Still learning about each other.
Being left alone to do my job makes me happy. But again getting paid 10k less than massively underachieving new staff sours it a touch.
Not a lot. My issues are around pay that won't be acted on. I was told by a director recently my pay was falling way behind inflation. Yet I'm still here top of my team at the moment doing what i can to earn a bit of commission. Scott firth
I've been at Lexis Nexis 10 years in June. I am the lowest paid employee in my team by a huge distance. I'm still however expected to train and support where i can with new employees. I started in Public sector, then PS and academic, then small law, then cover PS, the in-house. All without a choice.
