My manager, Becky, is a seasoned professional with many years in sales and consulting. I've seen her coach people, including some on our current exec. team! She is the absolute best manager.

We have people from so many different background. We get a lot of unique insight from each of us, which combines efforts in a way we can't duplicate in a different type of environment. It reminds me a bit of being in the USAF where executives really knew their troops.
