The overall experience with the company is great as far as culture goes. I would say we need to amp up our electronic systems as it relates to DSO.

The people I am able to interact with whether it be with patients, direct reports or leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to have dentistry that is affordable for employees and the medical insurance for my family. Could be a little cheaper premium for the medical.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a truly win-win atmosphere for everyone. Smiles for everyone is their motto. This is most important as my leadership team listens and lets me share what I feel is needed in the market.
