
It seems that ego and politics are becoming more prevalent. Overall, I feel like I work hard and am personally satisfied with what I accomplish. But there is favoritism and bias that is evident and discouraging.
Our team is a mess. The org as a whole and other teams are better structured and managed.
Whenever there is talk about career progress, clear expectations, promotion schedules, etc....I wonder who they are talking about. There are the golden few but there's a woeful lack of opportunities for everyone else.

High-level, they are worried for the welfare of their employees. We have a great engagement team and Snap Cares does good things.
When I understand what is expected of me, I'm allowed to work through a project without being micromanaged, and can see a project come to frution.
Lack of recognition for contributions I make. I do the work of multiple people, am committed to quality, and am invested in the success of Snap. But others get promoted several times over, get bigger titles and the pay that goes with them.
