In Care, we focus on the frontline. No matter what, Mossman is constantly focusing on the frontline. Even with the focus on efficiency, we still maintain great engagement.
That they are down to earth. Moreover, there is a lot of knowledge there. I'm pleased with the leadership although their main goals may become diluted through the course of the year. It's good to have yearly goals for the business, but it's easy to change focus through the year. (FEB/LoanPro)
