Snap has provided me with different opportunities to pursue my career goals and grow. Every time I've felt the need for a change, I've raised my voice and we've been able to work things out; not all people and companies are like this so I really appreciate it.
I've grown with this company and seen it evolve. A lot of things are now better, a few things used to be better before, but over all I like working here. I'm grateful for all the opportunities I've been given. Looking at other companies in the market I believe this is a very nice place to work.
Respect, people's values, can-do attitude, collaboration.
Building cool things that will be helpful for people.
Keep the work from home even after the pandemic.
Working remote, nothing beats flexibility, as long as you deliver your commitments.
Knowing our products will make someone's life better. Learning new things.
Full work from home. Personal days based on years at the company.
We are good people, giving our best and trying to help each other.
Learning new stuff, doing tasks that are interesting to me, improving existing products.
They are down to earth people who have ambitious goals but also value work-life balance.
There have been multiple spaces to talk and work things out for the best outcome on both parts.
Flexibility and understanding that we all are trying to balance life and work. Dialog with respect and transparency.
Living the Snap value of being Fast, Flexible and Friendly, not only towards ALICE, but towards our co-workers and team-mates.
Being people oriented. As Matt Hawkins says, having people with the right values and the right mindset is the key.
Above all, they are great people, so we can talk and work together to face any challenge that comes our way.
We are a group of friends that build awesome things together. We support each other so we can learn and grow in a safe environment.
