It feels like there is always a fire that needs attention and more and more gets put on the ops team to handle.
At times it feels like the ops side is expected to handle most of the issues even if it's not something we are trained or qualified to do. Especially when it needs to be client facing. Doesn't feel like there is enough support from the account teams on things.
